Rhyme Time and Mini Tots Soccer kicks off for Term 1 on Friday 7 February at Doonside Cottage. The program will run each Friday from 9:30am to 11:00am for eight weeks. The free program allows children aged three to five years old to improve their social skills and encourage them to listen to stories. Live Life Get Active - Free Fitness Camps

Live Life Get Active fitness camps have commenced again this year. We’re funding over 12 free camps in Western Sydney to help you reach your fitness goals sooner. Simply register to a camp near you by visiting the Live Life Get Active website

Immunisation Bike Competition - Winners to be Announced

The Western Sydney Diabetes Support peer lead group will meet on one Tuesday a month from 5:45pm to 7:00pm at Marayong House, 64 Falmouth Rd Quakers Hill. Contact Cathryn Ward to find out more about the group.

Looking After Your Health

This program is free for people who are over 18 and are living with or at risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease and/or stroke with each session running from 9.30am to 12.30pm. Those interested in attending these events can visit the Diabetes NSW & ACT website

High Street Youth Health Service - The Group

The Group is a free program for people aged 12 to 24 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The program will support young people make decisions about their health needs. The flyer with more information is available online.
